Increasing ADAS testing efficiency on proving grounds and public roads
With the General Safety Regulation introduction, every OEM must implement at least the mandatory ADAS functions in its vehicles.
The testing of ADAS functions in the verification and validation phase must ultimately take place in the vehicle. At present, this process is carried out mainly on the proving ground. Since the features are dependent on the environment, there is also a shift towards validation on public roads.
Testing all ADAS functions and requirements under the various environmental conditions and traffic situations is a very complex and time-consuming task. In this free webinar, Gergely Dian, Marijn Hollander, and Philipp Quinz discuss how AVL tackles these challenges to increase the efficiency of the ADAS testing process.
Key topics and takeaways:
- Live demonstration covering driver guidance
